Sight Seeing

We got a chance to check out Oklahoma City last week. I took Kyle to work Thursday so I would have the car and then Aubrey and I started out our day of sight seeing at Target, oh how I love Target! Then we went and picked up our friend Matt that we went to college with and he was our tour guide for the city. We did a river walk in downtown and it was a gorgeous day outside to walk around with her in the stroller.

Here's a picture outside of the minor league baseball stadium.
Then we went to the Oklahoma City Memorial and it was very touching.  We still want to go back and go through the actual museum, we just went to the outside memorial part.
Then Friday after Kyle got off work we got into the car and headed for Dallas to spend the weekend with Kyle's dad and brother.  We got stuck in construction traffic and our 3 1/2 trip turned into a 5 hr. trip.  At one point we were at a complete stop and somebody needed changed so we just went with the flow and changed her in the car.  She thought it was pretty funny.

Saturday Grandpa wanted to take Aubrey to the zoo so we went Fort Worth for Aubrey's first trip to a zoo.  She was kind of a in a daze when we first got there and wasn't so sure either about the amount of people there were or all of the animals.
After some yogurt melts and juice (i.e.SUGAR) she cheered up and was her smiley self.  We had a great time and it couldn't have been a nicer day, not too hot and plenty of shade.
Thanks Grandpa for taking us to the zoo!
I love these baby blue eyes!
Aubrey loves her Uncle Cole!
This is much more like my happy baby.
Aubrey loved it when Kyle put her on his shoulders.
